Digital Marketing Strategist
Job Type: Full-time
Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities
•  As a digital marketing strategist, you’ll manage the development, delivery and execution of customized digital marketing efforts for clients that address sales, marketing and lead nurturing funnel goals.
•  Leverage social media, SEO, SEM, eMail, content development, advertising, and more.
•  Recommend and implement new ideas and innovations to improve each digital channel as well as customer account performance.
•  Provide insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
•  Manage campaign performance reports and share results across teams to ensure constant program evolution
•  The digital marketing strategist leads their campaigns but also collaborates with internal stakeholders to maximize marketing efforts while reinforcing customer brand, presence and voice.
•  Partner closely with sales team on project kickoffs.

Qualifications
• 2-3  years’ experience setting marketing strategy for B2B businesses
• Deep knowledge of digital/new media marketing techniques.
• Experience in a digital marketing strategist or similar role required
• Creative thinker, who is an assertive problem solver with an analytical mind
• Experience targeting specific goals, focused metrics and KPIs when setting strategy.
• High proficiency with best practices for SEO, social media, email marketing, and blog writing
• Knowledge of Hubspot and the manufacturing industry a strong plus.

Analyst, Consumer Insights – Market Trends
Job Type: Full-time
Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities
• Market Share Event Tracking Analysis & Category Assessments:
• With supervision, develop and produce error free deep dive analysis presentations to provide key insights to the merchant/marketing community using the NPD data and incorporate existing resources (Mintel, Kantar, NRF, L2 etc) to add more depth to NPD databases and cover the businesses where NPD data is unavailable
• Partner with primary research and customer engagement counterparts to bring the “Big Picture” view, where appropriate
• Present Reports to requestee/senior management when appropriate
• Assist in L&D training and Office Hours as needed
• Work with supervisor on Ad Hoc projects
• Stay abreast of industry trends by constantly monitoring and managing calendar of available industry reports, online publications and webinars (e.g. NPD, Kantar Retail,  Mintel, Women’s Wear Daily, NRF) and providing brief summaries of
• Consumer Trend to Marketing/Merchandising teams as appropriate
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications
•BA/BS degree with outstanding academic track record – business, statistics or market research degree a plus. Masters in Marketing a plus
• Ideally at least 2 – 4 years of experience with industry, competitive and/or customer analysis; previous retail/merchant experience a plus
• Knowledge of and a passion for retail industry (reader of fashion magazines and industry publications such as WWD) and experience with apparel/footwear/accessories/home/beauty retailing a plus

Integrated Demand Planner
Job Type: Internship
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Responsibilities
• Development and Management of model/style/sku level demand plan for one or more Line Plan Businesses
• Develop and maintain an accurate style level demand plan using both quantitative inputs – historical data, trend information, sales forecasts – and qualitative inputs such as Sales, Marketing and Merchandising feedback
• Pressure test forecasts against bookings, replenishment assumptions and updated accuracy metrics
• Actively manage risks and opportunities to the plan and partner with Sales, Marketing and Merchandising to keep assumptions current.
• Lead the monthly Demand Consensus process for all Channels (Wholesale and DTC) for both US and Canada
• Close collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, Product Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning
• Represent NA Demand Planning & Forecasting in the Go To Market process, from Global Line Review through Line
• Confirmation adhering to the published Forecast CalendarSelection and Maintenance of system size curves and analysis of fill rate performance at the sku level
• Manage and analyze the Sales Forecast input for one or more Line Plan Businesses. Demonstrate knowledge of select customers and channels and understand their impact on the demand plan.

Qualifications
• Four-year college degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience (Demand Planning, Supply Chain or equivalent)
• Experience in Forecasting, Merchandising, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning; and associated software and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on problem solving, conflicting objectives, and influencing decision making
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical/quantitative skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time, multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to ensure robust tracking, monitoring, and analysis (self or department)
• Occasional travel required
