                                          Entry Level Data Analyst
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
• Consult with clients, attorneys and other team members regarding the preservation and collection of data from technology systems. 
• Use of forensic hardware, software and techniques to properly collect data from a variety of data sources.
• Common forensic and collection software that will be used includes: OpenText EnCase, Access Data FTK, BlackBag, MacQuisition, Cellebrite, Oxygen Forensics, PinPoint Labs Harvester, X1 Social Discovery, and other software applications common to the legal and technology industries.
• Conduct remote and onsite collection interviews with client representatives.
• Travel as necessary to collect data and work with clients.
• Handling of data and documents including maintaining tracking logs for data received and loaded, chain of custody and an inventory of Media collected and received for each project.
• Analyze collected data to find relevant information and facts needed to support clients and attorneys.
• Extract relevant data from collection sources as needed.
• Processing and filtering of native electronic documents using industry specific software and tools in order to prepare documents for analysis and to be imported into a review database.
• Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting litigation databases such as Relativity, Concordance, Casemap, Textmap, Livenote and other litigation technology software.
• Tasks may include: data normalization, global edits, de-duplication, merging data into existing records, indexing and packing databases, generating cross-reference reports.
• Work with Project Managers to address matter or project specific needs.
• Providing application support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
• Assist with various internal team projects as needed.
• Document and maintain activities in project management database including time spent on projects and project status.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance (preferably in a technology / data / legal related discipline).
• Strong technology acumen with the desire to quickly learn new technology.
• Ability to work in a professional work environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Client will consider true entry level / recent college graduates but prefers candidates with multiple internships and/or 1 to 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and all candidates must pass a full background check (criminal, credit, drug, etc.).

                     Data Analyst, Engineering Operations
Job Type: Internship
Location:  Westlake, OH
Responsibilities
• Extract, transform and analyze data from SQL databases and API’s
• Develop dashboards that can be used to make critical business decisions
• Work with Systems Engineers to understand data and dashboard needs
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Build infrastructure to make important data available to all business stakeholders
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Qualifications
• Experience with REST APIs, Python, SQL and Tableau (or similar visualization tools)
• Advanced understanding of statistical methods
• Demonstrated ability to create visually simple and actionable reports

                                                Data Analyst Intern
Job Type: Internship
Location:  Westlake, OH
Responsibilities
• Prepare and clean data to prepare inputs for downstream analysis
• Create standard reports using a variety of analytical tools and software
• Build analyses using a wide variety of data sources and inputs
• Develop solutions for both business leaders and for embedded analytics teams across the company
• Have the ability to present solutions to audiences in both analytics and business roles.  
• Work with Technology staff as needed on data quality issues, metadata, etc.
• Have the ability to balance a number of concurrent projects and/ or responsibilities

Qualifications
• Current GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher
• Exposure to R, Python, SAS or similar statistical software
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Possess individual initiative, creativity, and passion for quantitative analytics
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once as well as plan and prioritize work
• Ability to work in teams and understand cross-functional roles, responsibilities, and limitations
