Responsibilities • Evaluate TPA business practices including policy touches, response time, and customer experience and develop data-driven reporting to improve TPA performance • Identify repetitive, time-consuming, or high-risk manual processes and assist in the automation of these processes • Build predictive models to enhance Global Atlantic’s ability to determine effective methods of increasing revenue, lowering expenses, reducing risk, and improving the health of the agent or customer relationship • Create, maintain, and refresh Tableau reports • Develop ad hoc and on-going reporting based on business requirements using Tableau, SAS, SQL, and Sybase Qualifications • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or Analytics with interest in data analysis, data management, and reporting • Working knowledge of one or more programming languages required • Statistics required • Must be detail oriented and possess strong organization and time management skills to meet strict deadlines in a rapidly changing environment • Positive attitude even when faced with difficult obstacles, issues or challenges • Strong work ethic, high level of personal integrity, and accountability • Strong communication skills and an ability to work independently • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft software, specifically Excel data manipulation (pivot tables and charting tools) desired • Basic knowledge of database, table and dataset design is desired • Linear and times series regression a plus • Tableau, SQL, or SAS is a plus |

Responsibilities • Responsible for day-to-day activities of a project including interaction with other team members, professionals from other firms involved in the engagement, and client personnel; • Identify, research, and organize information to assess the appropriateness and sufficiency of available data to facilitate effective data access and analysis; • Identify the relationships among multiple sources and types of information to facilitate effective data analysis; • Analyze and interpret historical financial, operational, and transactional data; • Assist with preparation of reports, written analyses, trial and other presentations, quantitative exhibits, and other client deliverables regarding project scope and/or results of work performed; • Maintain detailed working records reflecting assumptions, methodologies, and information sources employed during the performance of all analytical tasks; • Participate in client meetings to review results of work performed; and • Maintain professional image within the company and project the same to those outside of the company. Responsibilities • Oversee media reconciliation and discrepancy reporting.Implement proper procedures to meet the financial process needs of client while maintaining internal controls. • Review of all media purchases, tracking discrepancies. • Review and analysis of accounts payable. • Presentation of reports to internal teams and clients. • Monitor client budgets and provide financial information to various departments. • Provide client financial analysis in the review of monthly results. • Forecast and month-end revenue recognition. • Serve as a primary financial contact for the account team on assigned client business. • Participate in client financial meetings. • Forecast revenue and phasing. • Assess revenue potential and probability of conversion. • Report monthly revenue by client and ensure that revenue is recognized in compliance with proper accounting procedures.
