2020 Summer Intern – Digital Marketing

A Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing & CX Intern:
The Digital Marketing & CX Intern will be assigned to projects where responsibilities may include:
- Assist the Customer Experience (CX) team in researching, developing solutions and optimizing of our digital marketing and CRM platforms including Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, Chat Bots, Customer Portals & Communities and more!
- Assist with project management plan creation and execution for various digital marketing & CX projects.
- Research and present the latest trends and improvements in the digital marketing & CX space.
- Conduct interviews with employees and customers to gather VOC on system improvement and training needs.
- Support with development of training materials to arm sales, customer service teams and our customers.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Must be a current student enrolled in a university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher at the time of the Summer Intern Program.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or Information Technology strongly preferred.
- Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA.
Minimum Requirements for a Digital Marketing & CX Intern at Bell:
- Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program (May 26th – August 7th).
Ideal Candidates Also Have:
- Experience with CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.
- Basic working knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite.
