Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day activities of a project including interaction with other team members, professionals from other firms involved in the engagement, and client personnel; 
•Identify, research, and organize information to assess the appropriateness and sufficiency of available data to facilitate effective data access and analysis;
•Identify the relationships among multiple sources and types of information to facilitate effective data analysis;
•Analyze and interpret historical financial, operational, and transactional data;
•Assist with preparation of reports, written analyses, trial and other presentations, quantitative exhibits, and other client deliverables regarding project scope and/or results of work performed;
•Maintain detailed working records reflecting assumptions, methodologies, and information sources employed during the performance of all analytical tasks;
•Participate in client meetings to review results of work performed; and
•Maintain professional image within the company and project the same to those outside of the company.

Qualifications
• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or information systems 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high-paced, multi-task environment with attention to detail;
•Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations;
•Excellent communication (both written and verbal), mathematical, and organizational skills;
•Flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements due to challenging deadlines, changing deliverables, and evolving task priorities;
•Ability and desire to utilize technology to solve complex problems;

Data Engineering Internship (Graduate)
Job Type: Internship
Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities
• Knowledge in Java, Python, Hive, Cassandra, Pig, MySQL, NoSQL, or similar applications
• Experience with bash shell scripts, UNIX utilities, and UNIX Commands.
• Knowledge of large scale ML/DL based predictive analytics applications and building high volume data pipelines
• Experience building data transformation and processing solutions
• The ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to analyze and manipulate data sets from disparate data sources
• The ability to understand complex systems and solve challenging analytical problems Participate in the design, build and management of large scale data structures and pipelines to support analytical needs.
• Assist in the development of large scale data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs
• Apply understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work

Responsibilities
• Conduct research on analytics and modeling techniques and their potential applications in developing markets
• Aggregate high-quality data for predictive models or other analyses
• Clean and preprocess data
• Prepare exploratory data analyses and develop storylines
• Build predictive models to understand complex issues faced by the ICT sector in emerging markets

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience with applied statistical or machine learning methodologies at the graduate level
• Good academic standing in fields related to statistics, data science, computer science, mathematics, economics, geoinformatics or related field
• Statistical/Machine Learning software experience (R, Python, SPSS, etc.)

Analyst Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis
Job Type: Internship
Location: Dallas, TX
Responsibilities
• Analytical support of all financing-related activities, including Excel modeling, report generation, and coordinating with the Operations and Accounting teams to review, analyze, confirm, and report on property-level and corporate financial results and operating performance metrics.
• Work with senior members of the Financial Planning & Quantitative Analysis group to ensure compliance with lender requirements, including creation of all necessary reporting.
• Review, evaluate, maintain, and improve financial models used for capital markets, asset management, operational, and financial reporting.
• Evaluate potential entity-level and portfolio acquisition opportunities. Assist in the underwriting of property-level acquisitions on an as-needed basis.
• Evaluate potential portfolio disposition opportunities.
• Track macroeconomic and market-specific performance indicators within the real estate market.
• Assist with collection and synthesis of data in support of analysis of strategic initiatives and asset management decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for the Company’s Board of Directors, current and/or potential investors, research analysts, and current and/or potential lenders.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and memoranda presented to the Company’s Executive Committee, Investment Committee and senior leadership team.
• Research and calculate market rents, gross yields, net cap rates, optimal purchase price, vacancy rates, location nuances, favorability for appreciation, and market trends.
• Monitor investments to ensure completion on-time and on-budget.

Qualifications
• Outstanding academic record.
• Financial modeling and/or real estate focus preferred.
• Investment banking, private equity, corporate banking, and/or accounting experience is a strong plus.
