Responsibilities • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and architects in conceptualizing and developing new software applications and enhancements. • Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, estimating, scheduling, and implementation. Responsibilities • Partner with various leaders in Talent Acquisition/HR, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to develop and maintain company-wide compensation and benefits forecasting • Support the Finance team with financial models, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis as necessary • Own month and quarter-end compensation and benefits close and review processes in partnership with Accounting and HR • Aid in equity budget management, equity forecast, and workforce planning • Maintain a deep understanding of our financial processes and refine them to scale with the growth of the company • Prepare replicable reporting, summarizing findings, and recommendations • Seek out opportunities to create processes from scratch and take on increasing business partnership relationships Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, accounting, or related field from a top-rated institution • 1-3 year(s) of experience in financial planning and analytics in a rigorous environment (high growth company/startup experience preferred) • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel are a must • Self-starter capable of driving projects with high performance • Process improvement oriented • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • SQL experience and CPA/public accounting background a plus |
