| Responsibilities • Support initiatives including preparing and processing standard department reports • Develop actionable insights from existing internal and external datasets available throughout the company to inform and drive optimal product strategies. • Coordinate and build strong working relationships with various internal commercial and technical organizations. • Monitor product performance by conducting extensive numerical analysis including sales, margin, market share, volume and inventory levels. • Proactively evaluate the portfolio to identify opportunities of growth to enhance the business. • Collaborate with teammates following a harmonized protocol to combine market intelligence and Mylan North America portfolio knowledge to provide real-time business performance acumen. • Complete Ad Hoc analysis and reports. Compile large datasets using tools such as Excel and Alteryx and be able to understand, manipulate, and analyze data trends. • Leverage creative solutions, analytics, and visualization/reporting techniques to enhance knowledge and drive actionable insights. Qualifications • Must possess knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or another business-related field. Must possess basic aptitude for business concepts. • Must possess good oral and written communication skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Intermediate Excel is preferred. • The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a business degree program, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred, however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. |
