Digital Marketing Intern
Job Type: Internship
Location: Bohemia, NY
Responsibilities
• Review and enter leads from website and campaigns into CRM system
• Work closely with Campaign Managers to help conceptualize organic and paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram) to drive form fills. 
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Develop keyword PPC campaigns

Qualifications
• Current university student with major in in business administration, marketing, communications, media or a comparable field
• Willingness to work between 25-40 hours per week
• Basic knowledge of digital demand platforms such as Adwords, Shopify, WordPress, etc.
• Excellent process and project management skills, secure prioritization and result orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written (especially English)

Marketing Undergraduate Internship – Summer 2020    
Job Type: Internship
Location: Waltham, MA
Responsibilities
• Work with content development team to draft blog and social media posts from existing copy
• Work with the multimedia team to create, catalog, and tag vast multimedia archive
• Use Canva, Adobe LightRoom, and Adobe Premier to create visual assets for use on social media and blog following brand standards
• Work with the sales team to create and maintain leads database using marketing automation platform
• Work with the tradeshow team to coordinate shipping and receiving of marketing materials to/from events

Qualifications
• Junior or Senior in bachelor’s program, studying marketing or business disciplines
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Social media, a plus
• Interest in innovation, technology, robotics/automation, and B2B solutions

Digital Marketing Analyst
Job Type: Full-time
Location:  Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
• Assist with the launch, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Assist with the launch, management, and optimization of paid social media campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SnapChat, Twitter
• Manage client-specific ad buys with internal and external strategic partners
• Aid in campaign performance analysis and strategic decision making
• Report on and be prepared to present client performance data from both proprietary internal and external platforms
• Review creative asset briefs for internal content and design teams
• Attend client status calls if marketing presence is requested
• Educate clients on specific digital marketing strategies and EdDy’s place in the higher education marketing vertical
Adoption and test new marketing technologies and processes

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field
• 1+ years paid media buying experience
• 1+ years of experience in either Agency or Higher Ed.
Google Ads Certified (nice to have)
• 1 year of experience in Agency and/or Higher Ed.
• Prior experience in higher education marketing space is a plus, but not required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of email, display, remarketing and video campaigns
