Marketing Research Intern
Job Type: Internship
Location: NEW YORK, NY
Responsibilities
• Assists marketing staff with requests for research information in order to facilitate business development opportunities, client support and internal analysis.
• Produce a variety of geographic materials needed (maps, aerials, traffic counts, demographics, expenditure reports, etc.) for creation of sales brochures.
• Assists with analysis, research, and implementation of mapping tools, templates, standards, and software to create a foundational knowledge base in market research techniques.
• Assist with additional research projects as directed by Vice President of Research.

Qualifications
• Completed or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in geography, urban planning, business, or related field
• Command of Microsoft Office Suite and a desktop GIS solution (MapInfo, ESRI suite, etc.) 
• Knowledge of GIS terms and definitions and analytical research methods required
• High-level analytical skills and problem-solving ability 
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives 
• Ability to multi-task, succeed under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and effective collaborative working style

Sales & Marketing Analyst
Job Type: Internship
Location:  EI Segundo, CA
Responsibilities
• Coordinates RFP and rate request process from initial receipt thru to final pricing. 
• Schedules relevant meetings/calls, manages diverse group of PT executives, effectively manages to customer timeline, and ensures a cohesive response
• Provides strategic direction on RFP response and approach to deliver best possible business outcome
• Regularly works in CRM tool to ensure companies, contacts, and opportunities are up-to-date and managed accordingly
• Oversees the coordination of key marketing functions
• Schedules and guides programs, events, and/or conferences to ensure activities are executed effectively
• Responsible for PT brand collateral and coordinates the purchase of branded items for events and internal usage
• Conducts research on existing customers, new prospects, and potential partners and shares relevant learnings with the Sales & Marketing team
• Develops customer-facing PowerPoint presentations based on feedback from the Sales & Marketing team
• Manages website updates and changes
• Oversees social media partnership, provides guidance on strategy, and helps drive increased engagement online
• Provides back-up and support for Sales & Marketing leadership team as needed

Qualifications
• Must be able to work cross-functionally within the organization and manage upward effectively
• Must be passionate about supply chain, logistics, sales, and marketing
• Must be positive, focused, and a quick learner
• Must be at an advanced level of all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS Access is a plus.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and assignments at one time
• Follows through with all tasks, assignments and job duties in a timely manner
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be very detail oriented                                               
• Two to three years of applicable experience.  BA/BS required.  MBA preferred.
• Prior experience in supply chain, warehouse, distribution, and/or transportation operations is a plus

Business Marketing Analyst
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track OKRs and KPIs and measure overall health of marketing channels
• Analyze marketing campaigns via full-funnel tracking to identify customer intent, channel performance, and overall campaign performance
• Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
• Work with stakeholders to design, implement, and analyze A/B multivariate tests to drive KPIs 
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams to analyze data and drive meaningful business results in the US and globally
• Own campaign reporting via custom dashboards and visualizations – regularly socializing results with key stakeholders
• Support paid acquisition team with implementation and validation of third party advertising pixels
• Support and coordinate with marketing managers to measure the impact of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding optimizations 
• Perform analyses across our marketing channels and identify seasonal trends and other areas of opportunities
Ideate, develop, and implement strategies to automate repetitive tasks and reporting

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required with a major or emphasis in Marketing, Statistics, Finance or Economics preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in a Business Intelligence analyst, Marketing analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL required 
• Proficiency in Google Analytics required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company
• Experience working with B2B marketing is strongly preferred
• Experience with Looker strongly preferred
• Knowledgeable in online and offline marketing tactics including paid search, social, display, SEO,  email marketing, and direct marketing
