Brand Marketing Intern
Job Type: Internship
Location: CULVER CITY, CA
Responsibilities
• Develop our product gifting program in line with Marketing goals, getting Ritual into the hands of a wide range of interesting, influential people
• Identify relevant people to gift Ritual to, execute outreach, and track impact of gifting efforts
• Support the Brand Marketing team as we develop our 2020 brand narrative across channels, focusing in particular on supporting cultural research and editorial story production
• Assist with customer and product research as needed
• Bring your ideas to the table and pitch them to the team
• Support editorial story production in Contentful CMS
• Provide general support however needed, working across core teams

Qualifications
•  Education: Have/are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field of study, or equivalent experience in marketing/brand building
•  Experience: 0-2 years in brand or creative marketing. Organizational mastermind (e.g. Google Sheets)
•  Proficiency in Google Suite
•  Excellent written communication
Strong visual eye for design
•  Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
•  Superior time management and organizational abilities

DISTRIBUTION & MARKETING SUMMER INTERN
Job Type: Internship
Location: Chicago, IL
Responsibilities
• Client Service: Support for cross-sell plans for top clients (researching public data)
• Institutional Sales: Support for direct client opportunities (researching public data)
• Advisor Solutions: Data cleansing, assistance in developing focus lists for internal sales associates, vendor overlap analysis
• Product: Tableau holdings (data intelligence), dashboard for PMs, sub-advisory fee research, product research
• Marketing: Client Journey Mapping in conjunction with Digital Working Group, analysis (and reporting/visualization) of marketing campaign data, structure mapping around databases

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, rising juniors preferred.
• Ability to work full-time for 8-10 weeks during the summer.
• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.5 or higher) and community involvement.
• General understanding of accounting and finance required.
• Passion for the financial services industry and sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Marketing Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
• Assist members of the marketing team with executing needs of agents
• Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes
• Provide outstanding client service to make agent marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective
• Work with the company’s design team to coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials (design, photography, copywriting, video, email, social media and content development)
• Monitor the ongoing efforts of the agents and analyze the actual results from advertising/marketing projects to determine their effectiveness, helping inform future activities the agent marketing team
• Assist Marketing Associates in developing marketing plans that allow agents to maximize the effectiveness of their budgets against tactics that will provide the greatest return for their business.
• Includes activations in multiple channels including branding, advertising in print, digital, outdoor and social, photography and video, direct mail and much more
• Support the marketing & creative department by relaying real estate market trends, industry forecasts and new product information
• Work with the marketing team to drive adoption and usage of product tools through internal marketing and communications 
• Track and measure analytics and established success metrics for the marketing team and build reports that provide data and insights into the decision making of all marketing efforts
• Conduct research and competitive analysis

Qualifications
• 0-3 years of Marketing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media/online marketing platforms
• Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop preferred
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership over projects
• Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills
• Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Experience working in a client or account service environment a big plus
• Experience working in real estate marketing, and/or at a luxury brand a big plus
Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google and Microsoft (Ex. Keynote, Docs & Excel)
• Experience with social media/online marketing platforms
