Financial Accountant
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Boston, MA
Responsibilities
• Perform monthly closing procedures, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly financial statements.
• Perform variance analysis of income statement and balance sheet accounts. Researching unusual fluctuations and communicating results to management.
• Maintaining the fixed asset sub-ledger, including additions, retirements, and depreciation.
• Post daily cash received, complete daily cash reconciliation and perform monthly bank reconciliations for all North American accounts.
• Monitor activity flowing through all general ledger accounts for North American subsidiaries.
• Review vendor invoices received, enter into NetSuite, route for approval according to DOA.
• Generate invoices for all North American customers and manage collections for these customers.
• Process payroll for North America.
• Prepare and book all payroll related journal entries and benefits accruals.
• Work closely with all external parties on audit, tax, insurance, revenue and banking.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• Previous Accounting experience, preferably 4+ years
• Experience using ERP packages, NetSuite preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Efficiency and a positive attitude

FINANCIAL ANALYST
Job Type: Full-time
Location: CORONA, CA
Responsibilities
• Work closely with multiple business units to prepare and consolidate financial reports, analyse monthly results and provide variance commentary.
• Build and maintain financial and operational templates for routine reporting, presentation and analysis.
• Prepare trend and comparison reports such as: Daily sales/order/cash, Weekly performance, Headcount, Capital spending, Account Receivables and various.
• Assist in preparing monthly presentation to executives.
• Compile and prepare ad-hoc projects, analysis and audit as needed.

Qualifications
• Minimum of two years as a Finance or Accounting professional
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting rules and practices. Is experienced in applying accounting and finance concepts and principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Expert-Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel such as VLOOKUP, pivot table.
• Experience with accounting ERP system such as SAP, JDE, IFS.
• Experience with consolidation reporting tool such as BPC, Hyperion.
• Attention to details; exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Must be able to work at flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; ability to work under time constraints
• Experience with a large, multinational corporate manufacturer a plus

Finance and Operations Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities
• Oversee the financial processing, including payroll, accounts payable, TBER, Purchase order requests, Vendors, etc.
• With oversight from the AD of Finance Operations, develop and implement finance operations policies and  procedures; ensuring SPS is in compliance with the University regarding finance policies
• Execute accurate and on-time month-, quarter-, and year-end closing of the School’s budget in-line with the University and Arts & Science policies and procedures as it relates to finance operations by providing support
