Responsibilities • Collaborate with a Product Manager to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine business value • Gather intelligence on existing clinical processes and expert input from relevant clinical stakeholders to elicit requirements to accomplish team goals • Working closely with design and technical leads you will utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria • Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the squad • Serve as the day-to-day contact for the team on clarification of requirements and driving user stories • Exercise strong decision-making mandate across the team as a proxy to the Product Manager • Support the Product Managers in collaborating with other teams and leadership to manage backlog refinement, plan sprints, and ensure team strategy aligns with overall product vision • Define, implement and track performance metrics once solution enters production • Prep and support the team on product demos Qualifications • Relevant business / computer science degree or relevant experience • Relevant healthcare industry experience • Experience in autonomously driving initiatives and improvements without needing close management • Experience in writing and collaborating on user stories • Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.) • Some experience leading / working with teams in an agile setting as an analyst |

BI Business Analyst |

Responsibilities • Drive ITIL Metrics implementation within various teams globally • Assure alignment of metrics and KPI’s with IT requirements • Negotiate with teams outside of your organization on End to End Metrics • Align operations & metrics leads to tool development providing requirements for long-term BI strategy • Assist initiative/tool change management for new platforms rolling out that impact metrics. Aiming for a seamless transition to the new CRM system. • Report and provide analysis on a regular and as needed basis requested by internal customers Qualifications • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of experience • Proven experience with operational metric and KPI definition and implementation in Support/Service or Call • Centre environment or significant experience in quality (5 years of experience required) • Experience with Business Intelligence Governance • Knowledge of ITIL, experience with implementation of ITIL best practices (ITIL certificate preferred) • Ability to develop internal relationships and navigate through the organization to drive improvements • Data-driven – ability to identify and use data to drive the right decisions• Proven change management skills, with the ability to lead change • Experience from Support or Service Centre or call center • Very good knowledge of Analytical/Reporting Tools (Tableau, Crystal Reports, BRIO, SQL, OBIEE) • Experience with Tableau highly sought after |

Finance and Operations Specialist |

Responsibilities • Oversee the financial processing, including payroll, accounts payable, TBER, Purchase order requests, Vendors, etc. • With oversight from the AD of Finance Operations, develop and implement finance operations policies and procedures; ensuring SPS is in compliance with the University regarding finance policies • Execute accurate and on-time month-, quarter-, and year-end closing of the School’s budget in-line with the University and Arts & Science policies and procedures as it relates to finance operations by providing support • Proactive management of Accounts Payable transactions • Design and develop ad hoc financial analysis to support program and department goals and objectives are performed timely and accurately • Supports leadership in ad hoc, high priority initiatives as needed • Provide new hire training on finance policies and procedures • May assume some of the responsibilities of the Associate Director Finance Operations in his/her absence or by delegation in her/his presence Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Two years of related experience required • Experience working with higher education clients is plus • Familiarity with University Financial Management systems, FFE, ARC and PeopleSoft/Oracle are preferred |

Accounting Internship |

Responsibilities • Completes bank and/or account reconciliations. • Performs filing as needed of various financial documents. • Prepares journal entries, account updates, and maintenance in accounting system. • Collates and copy financial data as requested. • Generates financial reports in SBT, Tramms, Quickbooks or other accounting systems. • Creates and prepares various financial support schedules. • Reviews invoices for accuracy and completeness. • Records documents by vendor account. • Processes invoices for payment via check, ACH, wires. • Completes daily cash reconciliations to report cash inflows and outflows. • Maintains master database for Vendors and customers. • Work with senior staff accountants on various ad-hoc projects Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation • Familiar with the financial sector, services and solutions • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Quickbooks etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and in teams • Ability to quickly absorb new technical concepts and tools |
