| Responsibilities • will participate on a team that provides innovative strategies and initiatives to support growth and operational efficiencies. Areas of responsibility may include helpdesk and operations, project management, application and project support, and performing system configurations. | Business Systems Analyst |
| Job Type: Full-time Location: Boston, MA |
| Responsibilities • Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access. •Offering assistance on the software operation by users, including clarification for the rules of working in system interfaces, running static data maintenance, being 1st-line support for bugs fixing (preliminary analysis, communication to the System Maintenance teams/Vendor’s support and control of the results quality). •Training financial software users. •Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems. •Gaining feedback from customers to improve training methods. •Writing and editing training manuals. •Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems. Qualifications • An Associate’s degree in computer science or related field, including business analysis, economics and finance. •A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Experience of being advanced user, systems analyst, or technical supporter of at least below systems is required: •Concur (or and other similar Expense and Travel Management solutions) •Navision Dynamics (or other ERP accounting function models, including consolidation) •Knowledge of any OLAP-type Planning Solution (Workday, Hyperion, Cognos, Anaplan, etc.) is a plus •Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •An openness to learning new technologies (the above 3 systems will the operation area of the Business Systems Analyst). •Russian language is a plus |
