Human Resources Co-op
Job Type: Internship
Location: Boston, MA
Responsibilities
• Assisting with HR oriented tasks such as, obtaining employment verifications, verifying FINRA licensing, creating employee folders, sending out a FedEx with offer letters, and packets, creating a supply of orientation packets, assisting with orientation, and preparing a supply of exit packages
• Support the recruitment team by opening and closing job requisitions in the requisition database, and managing job postings on the appropriate web sites
• Coordination for job fairs/ events
• Conduct database search for resumes
• Assist with LinkedIn recruiting and interview scheduling
• Assisting with the Rewards and Recognition program and Milestone event
• Assist the Human Resources Department with ad-hoc projects including data tracking, PowerPoint presentations, and managing excel spreadsheets
• Timely dissemination of mail for HR department including email distribution and daily review of HR email box
• Create and process HR paperwork including change forms and new hire paperwork
• Maintaining an adequate inventory of all supplies, forms, etc. to ensure the department has the necessary tools to work in the most efficient manner (i.e. termination paperwork, new hire packets, office supplies)

Qualifications
Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast paced environment with exceptional customer service and cooperation
• Must be able to use discretion and handle confidential information
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required

Human Resources Intern
Job Type: Internship
Location: Berwyn, PA
Responsibilities
• Support diversity initiatives
• Increase company brand awareness with local technology and finance organizations
• Support the college recruiting and employee engagement efforts
• Assist with recruiting coordination
• Assist HR Team with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Business or Human Resources undergraduate at an accredited College/University
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite

HR Generalist
Job Type: Full-time
Location:  New York, NY
Responsibilities
• Coordinate key People Team processes across the company, including employee onboarding, training, learning & development, 15:Five and performance reviews
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and take ownership of  all new-hire set up to ensure an exceptional day one experience
• Work on a variety of reporting and audits including compliance- EEO-1 annual reporting, compensation survey administration, I-9 compliance, and quarterly PTO audit
• Conduct 30 day new hire check-ins and report quarterly trend analysis and administer exit interviews.
• Own monthly org chart updates
• Manage employee leaves (ie – FMLA and parental leave), worker’s compensation claims, and unemployment claims
• Participate in cross-functional project teams and work in partnership with Sr Director of People and Talent Team to develop People programs that align with department and company goals
• Maintain People metrics, reporting, analytics and insights to support data-driven people decisions
• Provide backup administrative support for People team, including employment verifications and drafting of employment change letters
• Primary contact for all employee referrals, communication and follow up, screening and coordinating with talent team

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2-3 years professional Human Resources experience
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills – you connect well with employees and understand their needs
• Ability to multi-task – you are able to prioritize and work efficiently 
• Effective communication skills – you take pride in providing high levels of service to our employees and have outstanding follow-up ability
• Highly collaborative – you enjoy working closely with other team members
• Own a sense of good judgment when handling confidential employee data and sensitive information
• Detail oriented, organized and capable of meeting established deadlines
